You will be working at Ledstores Europe. The website that houses all of our online showpony’s. We have multiple (international) webshops, all focused on LED lightning. We’re here since 2012 and are therefore still young. But we certainly aren’t infancy anymore.

Your responsibilities?
- Maintain the current suppliers’ relationship and new suppliers’ development and selection;
- Coordinate the relationship of the company’s stakeholders with the suppliers and optimize conditions both internally and externally;
- Visit international exhibitions and study market trends;
- Product development (Consumer and business lighting);
- Product purchase price negotiation & product quality control & margin determination.
- Inventory and order management;
- Manage complaint handling/claims and respond to market movements;
- Provide operational support and solve critical procurement problems;
- Build and lead a purchasing team, ensuring the purchase process runs smoothly.
In this role you will be working closely with our founder to build the processes and team that will bring Ledstores to a next level!

Easily reachable by car and by train. Four minutes walking distance from our office to Trainstation Halfweg.
Our office is located on the 10th floor in one of the beautiful Suikersilos.
About you:
- Bachelor or Master Degree (HBO+) in commerce, business administration, engineering or similar;
- 5-10 years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Chain;
- You’re available for 32 -40 hours per week (parttime/fulltime).
- Excellent in process management, project management and negotiating skills;
- Proven negotiation and analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a small team, operating in a fast paced environment
- Capability of professional time management;
- Proven communication & interpersonal competences.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, verbal and writing.
- Fluent in Mandarin, verbal and writing to communicate with our suppliers.
