We are seeking for Senior/Staff macOS Software Engineers who have a passion for exploring new technologies and are deeply interested in software architecture and system design. As an ideal candidate, you would be responsible and able to work independently, with a broad range of knowledge in development that goes beyond just your area of expertise. A bit more about the team:
We are looking for an experienced engineer to join a team that creates a new product. Our new Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the creation of the overall product architecture and the integration of previously developed components - UI / Engine / business logic, etc.
Our team values freedom in decision-making and is comfortable working in a work environment where there are no clear processes or task descriptions. Instead, we are motivated by working on complex technical challenges that require a product type of thinking. This means that we don't just solve specific tasks but instead focus on understanding the purpose of the product, its business component, and work on how to improve it.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement technical and architectural solutions of the entire product, which can consist of many components (including backend)
- Coordinate product formation on the basis of existing developments from other teams
- Establish CI / CD settings, creation of product configurations taking into account external and internal requirements
- Help in creating / testing non-standard UI components
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- 6+ years of macOS/iOS development experience
- Profound Swift experience
- Profound computer science fundamental knowledges (memory management, concurrency, networking, data persistence, unit testing, profiling, etc.)
- Experience in creating large modular products from scratch (requirement analysis, designing architecture, configuring complex project, providing estimation, etc.)
- Upper-Intermediate English
As a Plus:
- Experience in macOS development
- Desktop application development experience: XPC (IPC), AppKit

Hybrid work model
It’s entirely up to you whether to work remotely or at the hub. If you decide to mix it, our Kyiv headquarters (HQ), which works as a coworking space, is open around the clock. The HQ is supplied with UPS and Starlink for an uninterrupted work process.
We also rent space in the Promprylad Coworking in Ivano-Frankivsk and reimburse the costs of renting a coworking space in any other city.
If you decide to work at home, we cover the costs spent on your workspace organization: portable power stations, power banks, etc. -
