Verification Specialists handle the verification of appointments through inbound and outbound calls. Verification Specialists have a proven track record of outstanding customer service and have had a successful career with Pacific Bath as a Customer Service Representative. Verification Specialists overcome addition pricing questions, objections, and requests to secure the existing appointment, while ensuring proper expectations and requirements have been met for the upcoming appointment.

Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
  • Manages daily verification lines and duties including incoming phone calls and appointment scheduled.
  • Handles rebooking efforts by calling reset opportunities while managing high volumes of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Confirms customer information by answering/making calls in relation to existing appointments; interviewing current or potential customers while verifying information in the CRM system
  • Communicates and provides information internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service.
Qualifications:
What you’ll bring:
  • 2+ years of call center and customer service experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely over the phone with Customers, Managers and Employees.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills (talk and type simultaneously) with the ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Expertise in overcoming objections and solving problems, ability to deal with a variety of situations and a tolerance for high stress.
