Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
As Manager/Senior Manager, LazGlobal Campaign Marketing and Traffic Management the incumbent will be responsible to support the traffic strategy of LazGlobal Business, coordinating and executing end-to-end operations of current traffic tools, driving the roll-out of new tools, and initiate projects aiming to improve customer engagement and generate sales. This role reports to the Head of LazGlobal, under the LazGlobal department.
Responsibilities:
As Manager/Senior Manager, LazGlobal Campaign Marketing and Traffic Management the incumbent will be responsible to support the traffic strategy of LazGlobal Business, coordinating and executing end-to-end operations of current traffic tools, driving the roll-out of new tools, and initiate projects aiming to improve customer engagement and generate sales. This role reports to the Head of LazGlobal, under the LazGlobal department.
Responsibilities:
- Understand high-level business priorities and translate these into actionable project plans with defining clear scope & requirement, milestones, and success criteria
- Drive the cluster growth performance through campaign and Lazada onsite assets (e.g. platform voucher, internal visibilities, marketing visibilities) and external marketing (e.g. CPAS, Tiktok ad, Promo page,
- Be the central contact point of the assigned cluster x User Growth and represent a User Growth Business Partner between Category Manager, Marketing Services, and other Operation teams.
- Owner of 2 traffic channels to drive traffic growth and improve conversion (ex. Search, CRM, JFY cards, Homepage Banners, etc.)
- Generate a post-campaign report and lead a monthly category campaign post-mortem session to analyze campaign performance and present key insight to senior management of the company.
- Liaise and build relationships with internal and external teams to ensure that the effectiveness of the team, driven forward, and business expectations are managed
- Lead and manage a team of 5-6 members to develop an end-to-end LazGlobal campaign and marketing
Job Requirements
- At least 5+ working experiences in digital marketing, e-commerce, or management
- 3 years’ experience in e-commerce campaign management
- Having experience in campaign planning, executing, and analyzing campaign performance is a great plus
- Detailed-oriented and good communication skills with the willingness to work & learn in a fast-moving environment
- Hands-on experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities at once
- Highly comfortable with dealing with numbers and proven ability in data-driven decision making
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced analytics & presentation skills
- English speaking is a must and Chinese speaking is a plus
