We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our ETAP Independent Software Vendor team and drive the growth of our business in Indonesia and Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, as well as experience building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue in Indonesia and Singapore
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Build market proximity and stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality solutions to meet the needs of clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of experience in business development, sales or equivalent field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical CAD software (SEE Electrical, Eplan, or equivalent) and their applications in the energy management and automation industry.
- Knowledge in Electrical and Power System engineering.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel as needed
