Has in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of public tenders in the IT sector.

The main tasks are related to the management of administrative documentation relating to calls for tenders of Public Administrations in the ICT sector.
Mainly :
- Study and analysis of calls for tenders and related administrative and technical specifications;
- Verification of the required participation requirements;
- Preparation, in agreement with other company functions, of all the administrative documentation necessary for participation in the Call (Joint Venture, company certifications, endorsements, etc.);
- Preparation of all the documentation necessary for the presentation of the technical and economic offer on the basis of the documents of the appropriate functions;
- Participation in official sessions of opening of documentation and offers;
- Preparation of documentation necessary for the preparation of access to documents and appeals;
- Preparation of tender documents and proof of evidence.
- Request for surety policies through the company functions in charge;
- Search within the company for references to meet the participation requirements
- Management of all tender documentation;
- Involvement post-award activities of the Tender.
- Management of Customer procurement portals and ancillary activities to tenders (SDAPA, ANAC, MePA, Supplier Portals, etc.);
Basic skills: Consolidated experience in participating in calls for tenders in the ICT field, knowledge of the legislation concerning public procurement and is in possession of a degree in technical/ legal-economic disciplines (Engineering, Computer Science, Law). The profile is completed by excellent organizational skills, result orientation, precision and ability to work under deadline.
